Abhishek has worked with actresses like Rani Mukherji, Preity Zinta, Ashwariya Rai and Priyanka Chopra. Now it is time for him to change his leading lady. So for his next film Pa which is about a father-son relationship, also starring Amitabh Bachchan, the director Balakrishnan of Cheeni Kum fame has thought of signing Vidya Balan. The idea actually came in when Vidya’s sister who works with the director proposed her name. He says that the talks with Vidya are going on and she has more or less agreed to it. The Bachchan have been amazed with the acting skills of Vidya in the film Parineeta.

Currently Vidya Balan is shooting for Vishal Bharadwaj’s next film. The last releases of Vidya were Heyy Babyy and Bhool Bhuliyan. Though both the films did quite well at the box office, people still haven’t forgotten her wardrobe mishap. But Vidya is trying hard to forget the past and look at the future. Recently when a song for the film Ishqiya was getting recorded Vidya was so impressed by the way it turned out that she expressed her excitement to shoot it soon. This song is composed by Vishal himself and sung by wife Rekha Bharadwaj.
