Ranbir’s daily diet
Monday, June 29th, 2009Ranbir begins his day a glass of warm water and takes in 10 almonds. He then drinks sweet lime juice and vegetable juice. His breakfast consists of 3 white eggs and 4 slices of brown bread. He then eats sausages or parathas when he is really hungry. At lunch Ranbir prefers Indian food and eats dal, three rotis, vegetable and 2 pieces of chicken legs. In the evening he has a glass of milk shake an hour before he hits the gym. And after coming from gym he has egg or chicken sandwich. He winds up his dinner at 7pm with steamed fish or barbeque chicken. Now we know the secret behind his sexy body that makes the girls drool.
