Amitabh’s Pa

After Cheeni Kum director R. Balakrishnan is back with his new project Pa. this will be his second directorial venture. He could cult out brilliant performance from Tabu and Amitabh Bachchan in the film Cheeni Kum. This time he has cast Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan in the film. But there will be no Tabu in the film because he felt that there was no room for Tabu to perform in the film. This film is about a father and a son. There is no female lead cast opposite Amitabh Bachchan but there will surely be a girl opposite Abhishek. The role will be played by Vidya Balan who will be acting for the first time opposite Abhishek.

The Shahensha of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan has hurt himself during the shoot of Sujoy Ghosh’s film Alladin. Amitabh will be playing the role of genie in the film. He hurt himself during an action sequence and was rushed immediately to a hospital. Everything is alright and he is back on the shoot now. The sources says that Amitabh tried to show that there has nothing happened but one could see him in acute pain. As per the director of the film he developed a back pain while doing an action scene so he had to be taken to the hospital for MRI tests. The director is amazed with the energy Amitabh carries at this age.

Shahrukh and IPL

Where Vijay Mallaya is trying his best to get international star to the inauguration match of the IPL, Shahrukh Khan is also now leaving any stone unturned. As per reports Shahrukh has convinced none other than Amitabh Bachchan to light the lamp at the inaugural match. Shahrukh said that it was not easy to convince Amitabh Bachchan but his good friend Abhishek Bachchan helped him to do so as Amitabh was a little hesitant in the beginning. Shahrukh also confirmed that Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwariya Rai Bachchan will also grace the occasion with their presence.

Long ago Amitabh Bachchan sang the song “Mere paas aao” in the film Mr Natwarlal and won hearts of many children. He now wants to do the same again He thinks that he has done enough films for big people, now he should do something that will make his young audience happy. He is doing two films in this context Bhootnath and Alladdin.
In Bhootnath Amitabh will be playing a friendly ghost and in Alladdin he will be playing a genie. Both the films are sure to pull children to the cinema halls and Amitabh will soon be identified with them as the best star of bollywood.
