Ajay Devgan son of Fight Master Veeru Devgan did his debut with the film Phool Aur Kante for which he also got the best debutant award. Then he went on to establish himself as an action hero with many films. Then came in Pyar To Hona Hi Tha in which he stared opposite his now wife Kajol. After this he did Isqh and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and established himself as a romantic hero. Ajay also tried his hands on comedy with films like Mast and Goolmal. Then went on and won National Award for films like Zakham and Shahid Bhagat Singh. So a natural step after this was to venture in to direction with U Me or Hum. We hope this proves to be as rewarding for him.

Ajay began as a director and the actor in him changed totally. He says that his film is completely different as his film is about untouched human emotions. He says that as a director his story was very clear in front of him and was very sure about who he wanted to cast for the roles in the film. The film has Kajol, Karan, Sumeet Raghavan and Divya Dutta playing different characters along with Ajay Devgan himself. Kajol has been his choice not because she is his wife but only because Kajol as an actress is every directors delight. The film is due to release this Friday. And we wish Ajay all the best, may he shine like Aamir as a director.

Only after becoming a director ha Ajay Devgan realised how difficult a job it is. He says after shooting a lot of work still needs to be done. According to him the post production work has changed his life ever since he turned a director. Now hw longs to spend more time with my daughter Nysa and wife Kajol. He say that even though it is adifficult job he managed to act as well in the film. Ajay also acted as a producer for his film. Now he is shooting for Golmaal Returns. The film has lot of situational where humor ia st its best. Golmaal Returns is sequel of Golmaal.
